Job Description: On a day-to-day basis, the maintenance technician takes care of minor malfunctions and building maintenance, so, for example, changing light bulbs and doorknobs, inspecting the lift and stairs, checking doors and other such activities. The work of a maintenance technician is of great importance from the point of view of safety in a building.
