About us
Topping Work is a professional training institution specialising in the comprehensive training of personnel for the HoReCa industry. For years we have been supporting restaurants, hotels, cafés and catering facilities in building competent, motivated and informed operational teams.
Our training courses are practical and led by experienced trainers - practitioners in the catering and hospitality industry. We focus on real-world skills, current market standards and team effectiveness.

Training for cooks and kitchen teams focus on improving production quality, work organisation and cost control.
The scope of training includes:
- organisation of the kitchen and division of responsibilities
- culinary techniques and standardisation of dishes
- food cost and raw material management

waiter and guest services
We train waiters and room service teams in terms of professional guest service, sales and communication.

bartending and barista
