Topping Work Europe is a dynamically developing temporary employment agency that supports both companies looking for employees and people seeking stable employment. We specialise in recruiting employees from Poland and abroad, including Ukraine, Belarus, Moldova, Armenia and Asian countries. Since the beginning of our activity, our goal has been to connect employers with reliable candidates, creating long-term partnerships.

We operate in the HoReCa industry, logistics, manufacturing and the service sector. We deal with recruitment, employee leasing and comprehensive legalisation of work and residence for foreigners. We also prepare training and courses for candidates to help them improve their qualifications and develop their careers in Poland.

Today, Topping Work Europe is a modern employment agency that continuously invests in team development, process automation and building professional customer service standards. We are expanding our range of training courses and work placements, strengthening formal support for companies employing non-EU workers, and introducing flexible employment models tailored to the needs of dynamic industries.

2024 – Record revenues and stable growth

The year 2024 brought us the largest scale of operations in the company's history – both in terms of the number of recruitments carried out and the value of contracts signed. This is the result of growing customer confidence, streamlined HR processes, an expanded candidate base, and the intensive work of the operational, commercial, and legalisation departments. Stable growth confirmed that our business model is effective, scalable and responds to the real challenges of the labour market.

2023 – Joining the Polish-Ukrainian Chamber of Commerce (PUIG)

Membership in PUIG was an important business step that confirmed our strong position in the field of international recruitment. Thanks to the partnerships we have established, we have gained additional opportunities for development, exchange of experiences and access to proven solutions in the field of employing foreigners. It also strengthened our credibility in the eyes of companies looking for stable and legal ways to recruit employees from abroad.

since 2019 – Dynamic growth in the HoReCa and logistics industries

In subsequent years, we consistently expanded our client portfolio in key sectors – hospitality, catering, logistics and industry. We introduced new models of cooperation, increased recruitment efficiency and streamlined our operations. The growing number of projects and new contracts showed that our solutions meet the real needs of companies struggling with staff shortages and seasonal employment.

2018 – Registration of Topping Work Europe Sp. z o.o.

This was the year in which we launched our business and defined the foundations of our company: professional recruitment, legal employment and partnership-based cooperation with clients. From the very beginning, we focused on building transparent processes and quality standards, which still form the basis of our operations on the market today.
