  2. Your personal data will be protected and processed for:\n

    • the performance of contracts (on the basis of Article 6(1)(b) of the DPA),<\/li>\n
    • Marketing of the company's own products or services (Article 6(1)(f)RODO - the legitimate interest is to inform you about our commercial offer,<\/li>\n
    • the fulfilment of our legitimate interest to establish or assert or defend against claims, if any (the legal basis for the processing is Article 6(1)(f) RODO.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n
